Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound

In 2018/2019 Kristy has been educated in diagnostic ultrasound.  This portable device is used to assist treatment in finding defects and tendinopathies within the musculoskeletal system.  This may allow for patients to avoid expensive x-rays or MRI's and allow for improved productivity of treatment.  It may also be a great alternative option for those patient's that don't like to be in a closed environment. 

Issues that can be seen with diagnostic ultrasound are those such as ones listed below:
